For all prices and products, LightAV.com reserves the right to make adjustments due to pricing errors, changing market conditions, product discontinuation or typographical errors. LightAV.com is not
responsible for price changes, which may occur, any time without notice.
 
Cancelled Orders: I have not wanted to do this before but it seems necessary now.
All orders are non-cancelable.. Once order is placed it is final.. Availability of product has become a problem since there are 5 million dealers online now.
Orders sometimes take longer than you and I estimate but if you want it at discounted prices you need to be patient.. If you want it today.. go and pay retail.

RETURNS
Please keep all packing materials and documentation in the event you have to return your product. Before returning any product, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA).
Email us at lightav@lightav.com to receive an email RMA number.
Please be sure to include your Name and the product you ordered.

All special order items incure a restocking fee of 15%.

Any defective product may be returned within thirty (30) days of the invoice date for repair or replacement. All non-defective returns for store credit or exchange are subject to a
restocking fee. After thirty (30) days the 1 year warranty applies.

SHIPPING
Unless otherwise stated all deliveries will be made via ground and
will take between 3-8 days depending on locationand availability.

Shipping Charges are non refundable unless within the first 30 days.
Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will incur an increased charge for shipping.


BILLING ADDRESS
Different from other companies we will allow shipping to addresses other than the credit cards billing address...

We realize that people work during the day and it may be more convenient to ship to work.
