- The ES-06 Extended bass woofer used in this system
has a slightly more massive voice coil than typical bass/midrange and leans
toward the bass in the sound compared to the classic 6.5" type. The cone is
made of mixed Fiberglass Kevlar fabric. The upper midrange is somewhat mellower
than the classic type 6.5". Response is fast tight and power full and very
smooth.
- The result is astounding naturalness and precision.
The measurements show smooth extension and glitch-free roll-off.
- The soft dome Euro tweeter has the classic dome shape
and an ultra smooth response shape. This tweeter with its excellent power
handling ability is further cultured by the matching crossover that corrects
the smoothly sloped response shape and corrects that shape.
- This improved shape is flatter and more extended as
a result thereby giving the power handling benefit of a larger soft dome with
the power response profile of a lower power handling 19 mm size driver.

- CDT GOLD 0 Series extended midrange woofers: The top
woofers in the new EuroSport CDT GOLD range are the 4" Model: 04 and the 7"
Model: 07. These fabulously smooth, keval mixed fiberglass fabric, black coned
beauties extract all the music and add no coloration to that sound. They
start and stop on a dime for the most lucid recreation of the musical experience.
From rap to rock they are on top, and the rendering of serious classical
profundities is also exquisite. Utilizing a rubber edge and soft polymer
dust-cap these drivers create and absorb vibratory waves with astonishing
control.
- A magnetic system utilizing a shorting ring above
the pole piece lowers modulation distortion to new lows. The smaller 04 has
amazing bass control for a compact 4" mid-woofer. The Fs of nearly 60 Hz
gives marvelous extension in compact situations. This driver can reach nearly
10 kHz when run full range also. As a rear-fill and accent "front" fill speaker
in this mode it is also ideal. A great four for any door and kick pod install.
Possibly the best four inch mid-woofer for general use in existence. The
larger Model: 07 has the smoothest response imaginable from a larger speaker.
